Having spent the past sixty years as part of the Murrayfield hockey family my friend and colleague Dougie spent the same time as a legend and a gentleman within our family. From the early days from working as a fireman then working in the rink playing hockey and refereeing he was so so respected by our family. Dougie was a truly gentle and amazing family man with an amazing family. I truly respect Dougie and he will always be in my thoughts forever RIP Dougie. Freddie.
