Dougie would always look out for me as a youngster and wasn’t scared to give me a clip round the ear when I stepped out of line at the rink. We enjoyed many rounds of golf together with Stuart and Davie and shared a fee pints in the hampton on a Friday night. A true gentleman and a good friend.
